A stamp may be made by impressing, casting, engraving, etching, branding or any other process; (i) any contract, whether for sale, purchase, exchange or any other purpose, or, (ii) any assessment of royalty, toll, duty or other dues, or. 8    Base unit of electric current (2) The Central Government shall keep in its custody, for the purposes of this Act, such number of reference standards as may be necessary.
